1. These terms and conditions specify principles of using this website.
2. Using this website is free of charge and does not require registration.
3. Autoadsite.com is not liable for the content of advertisements placed or any expense incurred by readers as a result of not keeping to an agreement by seller or buyer.
4. Autoadsite.com reserves the right to edit or delete the advertisements that violate these terms and conditions without informing an advertiser.

ADVERTISING CONDITIONS

1. Advertisements can be placed by both registered and not registered users without any charges.
2. Users can place a few advertisements with the same content but only one item per calendar month.
3. Users that have placed an advertisement agree to:
   • - receive messages from the other users of this website via contact form
   • - phone contact if a phone number is attached to an advertisement
   • - receive trade information from Autoadsite.com or its partners
4. It is prohibited to place advertisements not connected with subject matter of this website.
5. It is prohibited to place photos in an advertisement that are not connected with the advertisement.
6. Advertisement is available to users all the time unless an advertiser deletes it. The advertisement may be deleted by Autoadsite.com if it violates these terms and conditions. However, the advertisements older than one calendar year will be deleted automatically.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND PAYMENTS

1. Featured Ad Service:
   • Features:
     • - placed at the top of search results
     • - highlighted in a different colour compared with a standard advertisement
     • - active as featured for 14 days
   • Payments:
     • - payment via SMS (Poland only): 3,66 PLN
     • - bank transfer: 1,99 GBP (British pounds), 3,99 USD (American dollars), 2,49 EUR (Euros), 2,44 PLN (Polish zlotych)
     • - payment via PayPal: 1,99 GBP (British pounds), 3,99 USD (American dollars), 2,49 EUR (Euros), 2,44 PLN (Polish zlotych)
2. Premium Ad Service:
   • Features:
     • - displayed on the main page
     • - highlighted in different colour compared with a standard advertisement
     • - active as premium for 14 days
   • Payments:
     • - payment via SMS (Poland only): 7,32 PLN
     • - bank transfer: 2,99 GBP (British pounds), 4,99 USD (American dollars), 3,49 EUR (Euros), 6,10 PLN (Polish zlotych)
     • - payment via PayPal: 2,99 GBP (British pounds), 4,99 USD (American dollars), 3,49 EUR (Euros), 6,10 PLN (Polish zlotych)
3. All prices include VAT.
4. Premium service works only for advertisements with photo attached. If user has already paid for this service and the advertisement does not include any photos, it is necessary to sign in user control panel and add at least one photo.
5. Premium advertisements are displayed on the home page in random mode. It means that Autoadsite.com can not guarantee that an advertisement will be displayed all the time after each opening of the home page.
6. Both featured and premium services can be extended for the next 14 days counting from the day of expiry of previous activation e.g. If 5 days left to expiry of previous premium activation and the service will be extended for the next 14 days then the advertisement will be displayed as a premium advertisement for the next 19 days.
7. Both services may be joined but days left to expiry of each activation will be counted separately.
8. Autoadsite.com is not liable for any delays in delivering the text message with activation code.

PERSONAL DETAILS

1. Each user registered as new or used cars dealer agrees to publish his/her company details that he/she has provided in register forms on this website.
2. Each user may edit or delete his/her personal details.
3. Each user agrees to proccess his/her personal details by Autoadsite.com that is obliged to proccess these details for purposes connected with services only Autoadsite.com provides.
4. Each user may demand Autoadsite.com to delete his/her personal details should he/she resign from the services offered on this website.

SUMMARY

1. Any complaints connected with the functionality of this website should be sent to Autoadsite.com.
2. Autoadsite.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without informing users.
3. Each user declares that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
